  • Choose appropriate university and the relevant study program – for the complete list of Slovak universities CLICK HERE
  • Contact us if you are interested in cooperation with us – you sign a contract for the provision of services + payment of the first part of amount (50% of the total amount)
  • The deadline for submitting the application for university studies is usually March 31
  • The application for study must be submitted electronically, together with all attachments (some of them must be officially translated into Slovak)
  • Along with the application, it is necessary to send a confirmation of payment of the fee for the admission procedure (from 30 to 60 € / 1 application)
  • In some cases, it is necessary to send all documents physically directly to the university
  • Our company consults with the selected faculty on the correctness and completeness of submitted application. In case of any questions between the faculty and applicants we provide communication and interpreting services (e-mail, telephone calls).

Step 2 – Admission procedure

  • Most faculties accept admission without entry interviews or entrance examination tests.
  • However, the admission procedure takes into account applicant´s study average for the last three years. In some faculties relevant certificates must be officially translated and relevant documentation has to be sent to the study department of the faculty.
  • If the university requires successful completion of admission interviews for admission to study, it takes place only in the Slovak language (unless the applicant chooses paid study in a foreign language).
  • Therefore, we recommend that a foreign applicant who is interested in studying at a Slovak university starts learning the Slovak language well in advance.

Step 3 – Conditional admission of the student + proof of attestation

  • The phase when the whole process of applying for university and admission procedure went well.
  • The only thing left is to send the faculty a graduation certificate from your country. It is necessary to apostille this document, make a notarial copy with a Slovak notary, translate it into the Slovak language by an official translator, and in most cases also nostrify it with the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic. The whole package of the above mentioned tasks is provided by our company and the whole package of documents is sent to the study department of the relevant faculty.

Step 4 – Confirmation of admission to study + arrival in Slovakia

  • The faculty will officially confirm your admission and issue an admission document.
  • Arrival in Slovakia, preparation of documents, opening bank account and other necessary processes and documents regarding submitting an application to the Foreign Police Department are provided by our company.

Step 5 – Obtaining the temporary stay card + accommodation

  • The student will receive the temporary residence card;
  • We help with application for accommodation in a university dormitory/student campus or we are looking for an apartment for a student to rent according to individual requirements;
  • Issuance of ISIC card (international student card);
  • If students are interested in having a job in Slovakia, we look for part time jobs of any kind;
  • The process is over and the student can start studying at the university and begin a new life in Slovakia.
