After agreeing a date with the client, an initial consultation will take place, where we will define the client’s needs, explain the process of performing the service and make a price offer.

The service contract is then signed, either electronically or on paper.

After signing the contract, the client pays 50% of the total amount for the services.

Official verification of the client’s signature on the power of attorney, which takes place at a notary or at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic abroad. On the basis of the power of attorney granted by you, our specialists can prepare the necessary documentation or communicate with state authorities, saving you an enormous amount of time and stress.

The process of preparing documentation and scheduling a date to file an application with the Foreign Police begins. However, the documentation preparation time also depends on what documents the client already has or does not have. On the basis of this information, the date of application is coordinated and planned. The place of submitting the application depends on the client’s place of residence in Slovakia.

10-12 days

Your documentation is ready to apply for the obtaining/renewal of residence. We coordinate the client’s arrival in Slovakia and assist in the selection of accommodation.

30-90 days

Submitting a complete application to the Foreign Police. If the police have not found any errors in your documentation, they have 90 days to issue you with an alien residence card. For some purposes, such as studying, the time limit for issuing the card is lower – 30 days.

After the application is submitted, the client pays the remaining 50% of the total amount for services.

Your residence card is ready. We will carry out a mandatory medical examination with the client (only for non-EU citizens) and then send the results and other necessary documentation to the foreign police. At this point, the whole process is complete and you can legally start your business, work or study in Slovakia.
